Before starting set matchmaking to closed in the pause menu.

1. Go in front of the casino elevator
   
2. Open phone have a a job ready.
   
3. Get to the screen where if you hit X it will start job but don't hit it yet.
   
4. Turn back around to face the elevator this is important
   
5. Hold the start button/option button on ps4. Let go of start and hit X immediately
   
6. You should be in start menu go to jobs. This screen should lag alittle and won't let you select job for a few seconds that's how you know you did it correctly
   

7.Go start Titan of a job and spam R1 while loading in. (The job should not say lester it should say Gerald/Simeon whoever you used for the job)

1. You should load into the job on the leader board screen.
   
2. Back out of the job and spam X you want to get the cut scene where you walk into elevator
   
3. You should now be pulled into Titan of a job again the job will now have Lester again and the screen behind the job menu will be black or flashing this is how you know you've done it right so far
   
4. Back out of the job you should fall through the ground and spawn outside casino around the sidewalk with a glitched mini map.
   
5. Go to any clothes store to buy all casino clothes with cash.
   

Want a casino mask? Go to the mask shop. You'll need around 6 million to buy all casino clothes. Also you should have a outfit with a business shirt on saved so you can buy all the ties, jackets, and other business shirts the only way to change clothes in this glitched state is with style or buying them. It is good to have a business outfit on hand to assure you can buy everything. Lastly when done buying as always put on a new outfit or accessory to save the game do not leave session until you see the yellow circle. 1. Go to Diamond Casino
2. Walk up to the cashier and exchange for chips if you don't have any
3. Go to Inside Track Horse Racing
4. Click on Place Bet (Single Event)
5. Check horse odds
6. Disable internet connection
7. Bet any amount on any horse and it will say unable to establish connection to rockstar servers
8. Enable internet connection and bet max on your horse
9. Repeat until you have enough money

This is reviving the reset horse odds glitch that used to exist before this was patched.

Instructions are pretty simple. Use any method to disable/enable your internet connection whether it is pulling the plug or using a 3rd party program it is up to you. Just repeat step 5/6/7 until you get your desired odds. Make sure to reenable your internet connection before betting when your horse is favorable.
Note: You need to disable your internet when you are about to refresh the race (horse list). Reenable your internet when you have the horse you want to bet on. DO NOT have your internet disconnected for too long or it will kick you from the game. It shouldn't take too long to cycle through the line ups. Just do it quick and use a macro or a script.
For example if you see double evens (which is considered the worst lineup) bet any amount on any horse (provided that you have already disabled your internet). Cycle through the list until you find a good lineup and before placing a bet, reenable your internet.

EDIT: Easiest way to block connection is through Windows Defender Firewall. If you are not tech savvy enough I or someone can create a batch file to do this all at once or even an AHK file but here are the steps to do this.

1. Open Windows Defender Firewall by pressing start menu and typing "Windows Defender Firewall" (without quotes) and it should be the first option.
2. On the left side click Advanced Settings
3. On the left side click Outbound Rules
4. On the right side click New Rule...
5. Select Program
6. Select your GTA5.exe in Steam folder or Epic Games folder
7. Select Block the Connection
8. Profile can be all checked
9. Type in the name such as GTA block
10. On the right side Enable/Disable the rule to connect/disconnect

Steps
Become a CEO or MC president
Go to your arcade and start the setup(big con:gruppe part 2(black) maintenance part 1(red) noose exit outfit(blue) big con vault drills(yellow)
take a duffel bag(deliver 1 bag first if doing solo)(if doing with friend take 1 bag each and follow the rest of the steps)
Go arcade and parachute on the yellow circle
Go to ammunation and select the Israel parachute bag
Equip the parachute bag
Go to the beach
Fly up in the air and parachute in front of the mask store
Spam whatever your interact button is to access the mask store
Save the outfit
Equip the outfit through the interaction menu

Flaired as semi-solo as you still need at least 1 other player to start the casino heist.
This glitch should work on all enhanced edition platforms and on all casino heist approaches. There have been two improvements: Firstly, the timing window enabling this glitch has been significantly widened compared to previous guides. Secondly, a previously unknown but necessary component enabling the glitch has been discovered, expanding its applicable scope to approaches where this component hadn't been previously completed by accident.
0 - Make sure a player has entered the security room on the staff lobby area. This is a necessary step that hasn't been mentioned on previous guides: the door button inside the daily cash storage vault is only enabled upon entering that room, and the teleport glitch relies on pressing that button from the outside to get in. No players are required to be inside the security room during execution.
1 - After having done so, take cover on the daily cash storage vault door. The player character's head should be facing to one of the sides(the specific side doesn't matter). I haven't attempted performing this glitch while in first person mode.
2 - Switch head orientation to the opposite side by moving the character to the opposite side(i.e.: if your character's head is facing right, move the character to the left). Throughout the "switching sides" animation, a time window allowing the execution of step 4 is opened for approximately half a second.
3 - Press the button you would use to interact with the button inside the vault. Although the exact button is platform-specific, a tooltip should display the relevant button during the execution window. You don't need to mash the button - the time window is sufficiently long enough.
A successful execution should result in the player character attempting to move towards the button inside the vault room for a few seconds and being unable to because the door is blocking the way. The game then realizes the character is stuck and teleports it in front of the button(and inside the daily cash storage vault). In case you have taken too long to press the button, repeat instructions from step 2.

All of the snow disappeared, and now I have the feature of the game slowing down when I enter the weapon wheel. This might have some use, but at the moment I can't think of any use for this glitch.
Edit: I think the reason I had to re-register as a ceo was because of the ceo/mc limit in one session. i.e, I joined the new session, and the max number of ceo's was reached before I joined, so when I joined, it didn't auto-register me as a ceo. By the time I left my garage, one of the ceo's left, leaving room for me to register after joining the session.
